I had an excellent stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was well managed. The room was neat, hygienic, and well maintained with all basic amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. We booked the stay for a family of 4 people. 2 king size beds. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Gigantic room. A perfect 10/10 for cleanliness and overall stay experience. The owners were cordial, helpful, and guided us with useful information regarding the temple visit. The property also offers parking, comfortable beds, and AC rooms, all within a reasonable budget. There was no hassle regarding check-in timings, which made the experience even more convenient. Water bottles and tea are available at an additional cost. The homestay is located close to the temple about 1.5 kms making it a great choice for travelers.

The hotel exceeded all expectations and the staff were absolutely wonderful and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was really large with a door leading to the outside. A huge picture window let in natural light. The bathroom was spotless with really hot water. Lots of hanging space and lots of place in the very large room. The hotel is very new and they are putting in a kitchen and other rooms, but for now we (2 rooms) were the only guests and they waited on us hand and foot. No request was unmet, and with total willingness and smiles they offered us exemplary service. Breakfast was delicious and they would help with meal ordering from a nearby restaurant. I really wish we had stayed longer as the entire ambience was excellent. A beautiful, quiet location to just relax chill and enjoy the temples. The location is less than 5 min drive from the Western Temple Group and the town itself.

Everything about this property was top notch. Starting with whatsapp communication with DUTY MANAGER ANAND - He was exceptional. Arranged pick up from Airport. Prompt Communications. Helped arranged tours to MAHAKAL and UJJAIN and OMKARESHWAR. Vikash / Bharat / Laxmi / Giri / Saya -- were exceptional . Lovely hospitality. Food outstanding. Rooms amazing. Right from the doorman to the chef to the wait staff - everyone had a smile on their face and were warm.

I like the courtesy of manager Amit singh as he upgraded our room for free and arrange free complimentary drop off at Railway station as the hotel is hardly 1 km from main station. We are thankful to him as his efforts made our stay and journey very comfortable.

The massage. I forgot the name of the lady who gave the best massage ever. Oil first, scrub after. Perfect. Staff was helpful contacting a doctor when we needed one.
