Clean, with an ample and complete bathroom. The location is unbeatable. The front door is right on the main Piazza, and you can walk to nearby business, or restaurants without any trouble. If I'm back in Pescara, I will definitely rent this place again.

Shower was spacious and worked great. Location was excellent. Right on the main street where you can shop, go to restaurants and just a couple of blocks to the beach. Because you have to go through a couple of security doors, I found it to be very safe as. well.

The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the breakfast is a delightful spread, prepared with care and attention to detail. The balcony is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. Magdalena, who prepared breakfast, was exceptionally kind and attentive, and Stefania, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place
