Fully deserved 10! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - in a separate, historic building. Right in the centre of Lugo, but still peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, served in an elegant restaurant. Nothing to add, really :) The hotel staff cares about all the little details that make the stay perfect! Last but not least - the price was quite average but the experience truly exceptional!

Really loved our stay at Savoia and it exceeded our expectations. You can tell the hotel invested in some refurbishments of the rooms and spas recently and it was lovely and modern. Breakfast was amazing too, would definitely recommend it! Our sea view room made it extra special and the promenade just outside the hotel was in a great location.

Superb suite in central location. I guess this is a recent renovation as everything looked clean and new. The bed was firm - applause for that. The team were very responsive despite not being there 24/7. Check-in was a breeze. And if you get the chance beg for a table at Osteria Francescana. The dish Five Ages of Parmesan was soo perfect it brought a tear to my eye. The pizza restaurant on the ground floor is pretty kick ass too

We felt welcome from the moment we entered the gates. Cold drinks, homemade popsicle ice for the kids and freshly picked figs from his own tree. Michele is a wonderful host, speaks perfect English and very playful with the kids. The breakfast, in his private dinning next to the open kitchen, is adjusted to your preference and no request is too much. Everything is homemade and prepared with love. The accommodation itself is large and well maintained. There are mosquito nets for the windows and AC for the hot summer days. The paintings on the wall can be taken down if the kids (like ours) find them a bit scary. :) While Gualdo might seem like a quiet town, Michele knows a lot of nice places in the nearby area to explore; bakery’s, restaurants and beaches. No question or request is too much. Overall we highly recommend this place!
