Great location - easy to find & beside great places to eat. Room was really comfortable and very clean. Bathroom had GHD hairdryer and straightening options which was fantastic. The host Federico was so helpful and messaged before hand to ensure we knew how to get into the property & didn’t have any issues. We’d been left a little gift from a local shop which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again

Located in the centre of Modena. It was a short 10 minute walk to the train station. The room was very spacious and accommodated 3 people comfortably. The bathroom was lovely and very modern.
