They were not only professional and courteous, but genuinely caring—always ready with a smile, quick to offer help. The rooms were a highlight in themselves: spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished with an eye for both comfort and style. I loved the clean, minimalist design paired with cozy touches—plus, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What sets this hotel apart are its amenities. With 11 padel courts, both indoor and outdoor, it’s a dream for sports lovers. The pool was equally impressive—clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent, offering beverages, fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options. They offered us a free ride to the nearby train station, which was a thoughtful extra that made local travel effortless. In short, Como Hills Hotel goes above and beyond in every way, whether you're here for leisure, sports, or a mix of both. I couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to return.

The room was very nice! The view is unbelievable! We like the hotel so much. It's quite small but very nice, new and clean. The breakfast was very good as well!

The view from the Stripes room, for example, overlooking the Duomo, is simply breathtaking and it is a masterpiece of design, full of captivating details that guests can admire throughout their stay. Despite being located directly on the Piazza, the rooms are incredibly well insulated, ensuring a peaceful and restful environment. The service is top, with staff members being exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive. Communication during our stay, even via WhatsApp was prompt and efficient. The small reception team offers a warm and welcoming experience, adding a personal touch to the stay. Other highlights include the spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms, featuring amenities like large rain showers. The hotel combines outstanding style, functionality, and location, making it a perfect choice for a city break. It’s clear that a lot of love and effort has gone into making this hotel stand out, and it lives up to its name as a true luxury suite experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Como and will undoubtedly stay at Aurum Como Luxury Suites again.

Great location with a convenient ferry right outside the hotel. Highly recommend.

Vitrum - Como Luxury Suites ligger i Como, 1 minutters gang fra Broletto, og har gratis wi-fi, concierge-tjeneste og hurtig ind- og udtjekning. location couldn't be any better - we had the side windows and there was almost no noise... plus the windows are extremely noise proof. To say though; that there was very little "noise" and at 11pm it was super quiet outside

The villa is a Lake classic, beautiful and tastefully remodeled by Lina herself. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and elegant. The garden has direct view over the lake, where you will have a breakfast full of homemade goodies. The house is perfectly located between Villa Balbianello and Vila Carlotta and in the center circuit of the lake (Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna). Lina and Ale are amazing hosts, making you feel at home as soon as you arrive. You will not want to leave.

The property was elegant and beautifully simple I truly loved the color coordination of the furniture, walls, and curtains. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony filled with flowers was a lovely touch in addition the location was perfect . The open kitchen outside the room was very well equipped and added to the overall charm of the place. But what made the experience truly special was Alessandro. He was so kind and helpful full of warmth and love. When I asked him to help us book a taxi to Como station, he generously offered to drive us himself. I can’t thank him enough for this beautiful gesture. Highly recommended👌
