SpainThe premise and the scenery are breathtaking. It is the ideal sanctuary for a few days away from pollution, noise, and crowds. All within a very reasonable price.
The staff was kind and welcoming which made the stay feel so homie. Also, great music taste around the premises(and the staff was so kind to share the Spotify playlist).
Dinners at the restaurant were quite good & you have the option to modify the dish to your liking.
Cute friendly labrador wanting to be petted is a big plus for dog lovers too.
All in all, I had a lovely stay. Would like to come back.
Keep up the great work!
If I had to be picky - perhaps an upgrade of the mattress would be worth it.

It was superb: the luxury of the room (even got an upgrade) design and quality, perfect bed and the most beautiful shower we have ever seen. Very good WIFI. The endless swimming pool of 30 meters long with a magnificent view! The very fresh and extended breakfast made with a lot homemade things served by very “gentile” staff, also the daily varying choice for the diner is a plus! Really a new hidden gem in Toscany! Must do! Thanks to the whole staff! Will certainly come back!

This was our best stay in Italy! So happy to have stayed here, it is a very chic and modern hotel with all the bits and pieces. Feels like a 5 star experience, well priced and so central. Staff are lovely, rooms are immaculate, ans bar is a real vibe. We would stay here without hesitation next time we are in Florence and we are pleased to hear they are opening more locations across Italy. This is the place you want to stay, it is in a prime location and you will enjoy the stay as it hits all the marks 10/10.

Location near the sea is great! B fast selection was good, was better to have a coffee machine outside for the customers to make their own coffee rather than the customers going to ask for coffee. If not feasible have the staff walking around and taking the orders. For 5 stars hotel we expect more service!

5 stars! 10/10 would come back and refer to anyone. It feels like you own your own apartment in Firenze. The host is very nice, responsive, helpful and friendly. The room is clean, new and comfortable. Restroom is clean and comfy too. They have TV, fast wifi, kitchen, fridge, AC. Moreover, the location is at the center of the city. BEST OF THE BEST

This is a beautiful hotel - very modern facilities within a gorgeous old building. The room, bathroom etc were impeccable and very clean. The breakfast was absolutely superb - an amazing choice of fresh foods, with exceptional service. Nice to be able to choose to sit outside or inside. The location within the city walls was excellent for exploring, whilst being quiet at night and was only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended.

Superb rooms. Stylish and clean. Fabulous staff, friendly and helpful. Went the extra mile to book taxi for airport, restaurant La Buca (outstanding too) and arrange a lovely breakfast out of hours before we headed to the airport. A really fabulous end to our holiday - it really made the need (to make our early flight) to move to Pisa for an overnight stay after our visit to Florence a genuinely lovely finish! Mille Grazie!

Overall our experience was amazing! The water in the thermals was perfect and the area around the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choices exactly what you expect from a good 5 star hotel. Additionally they have upgraded our booking to a luxury suite which came as a very nice surprise treat

Incredible property - surrounded by beautiful landscape and is superbly decorated. There were three pools to choose from, a small gym and spa facilities which were wonderful. The room was large and very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - really made our stay. The food is also excellent and there is an extensive wine list and good drinks menu. Definitely felt like a 5-star luxury hotel experience.
