Mr. Moataz at the reception was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, assisting me efficiently with my reservation modification. I will definitely return for another stay.

Towering over Amman, Le Royal is home to a luxurious 3-floor shopping mall. Panoramic fitness rooms, a mudroom and a hairdresser are available at the spa. The reception staff were incredibly pleasant and friendly, clean, comfortable bed, and a great overall experience. It really caught my attention that the hotel does not emulate the images displayed at all, but the quality of the hotel reception staff was the real value of this hotel.

Very spacious room with nice facilities. Comfortable, quiet, good hot water in the shower. Great staff. Easy parking. The location worked well--easy to make day trips out of town and it was right next to the mall where we did shopping. It was Ramadan, so no breakfast buffet, but the hotel provided very good breakfasts delivered to our room. The rooms have microwaves and a mini fridge. There were no plates or utensils or bowls, but we asked the hotel for some and then we were able to buy at the supermarket and prepare/heat up simple food for ourselves for lunch or dinner. Once again, especially nice during Ramadan to be able to do.
