Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and as a bonus, they have a very pleasant scent. We felt right at home. The hospitality was exceptionally warm. We sincerely thank the family who runs the hotel for making us feel so comfortable and safe. Everything was superb from the welcome we got, the room and decor, the food at both dinner and breakfast was some of the best we have had in Jordan, 10 out of 10!!

Overall,our time at Moab hotel was nothing short of delightful. A really lovely hotel, great location in the centre of Madaba. Very comfortable room, beautifully decorated. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff all very helpful. Excellent value for money.

What a great hotel, really outstanding. super friendly staff who were so helpful. Very clean, modern, well run and in a great location. Easy walk to the historic sights. Lovely breakfast too. At reception we bought a Day Pass to go to The Dead Sea Crown Plaza hotel and it was really great, well worth it. Highly recommend Black Iris.

Very nice rooms, very clean, the reception staff is very friendly, the hotel is quiet, and the breakfast is more than wonderful, the service exceeds 5 stars, and I highly recommend it
