Ryokan Shinsen ligger i Takachiho, 6 minutters gang fra Takachiho Shrine og 1,8 km fra Takachiho Gorge Freshwater Fish Aquarium. Her er en have og gratis privat parkering samt gratis wi-fi. This was our favorite place in Kyushu. It is small and the attention to every detail is exceptional. The decor from the wallpapers to the tiles, and from the design of the onsen to the gardens are impeccable. The meals were also excellent. The hospitality of the staff, in particular Kumi-San and Megumi-San, was also a highlight.

We loved the space (huge for location - living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 beds in the bedroom), hotel design, safety, amenities, and the comfortable sleepwear. The staff were so nice and accommodating. This hotel is an all inclusive place, so there’s free drinks and snacks at the rooftop bar. We wish we used it more, but we wanted to explore the city’s food scene during this trip. There are so many good restaurants within walking distance. We look forward to staying here during our next trip to Miyazaki!

Nazuna Obi Onsen Resort ligger i Nichinan, 8 km fra Horikawa Bridge, og har en have, et fælles opholdsområde og gratis privat parkering. Outstanding room with garden area. Staff were welcoming and reserved dinner in a local restaurant for us. Afternoon tea was great. Location is a 5 minute walk from the castle in a lovely old street.

Kiraku Obi ligger i Nichinan, 8 km fra Horikawa Bridge og 18 km fra Udo-jingu Shrine, og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi, have med en terrasse og adgang til et boblebad. Feels like High end Airbnb, enjoyed our stay even for only 1 night, wish we can stay longer.

Phoenix Seagaia Ocean Tower ligger i Miyazaki, 4,1 km fra Miyazaki Phoenix Zoo, og har gratis cykler, en sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool og et fitnesscenter samt gratis privat parkering. This is a beautiful hotel with luxurious views and facilities. The rooms are huge and well equipped. The food was lovely with a good selection of western and Japanese cuisine. Several onsens to choose from. Nice bar area.
