Manuel Manor is absolutely beautiful and we loved our stay there. I wish we had more time to stay longer. I loved the decor of the hotel, it was so cozy and homely. Excellent location and well maintained property. Staff provided stellar service which enhanced our experience in NuwaraEliya. Amjud was in touch pre arrival and throughout the stay - and helped with local recommendations. All other staff also provided very personal service. Room was very clean and breakfast/dinner were also nice. Would recommend this property to other travelers.

Everything about this accomodation is perfect and the view from the room is breath taking, highly reccomended if looking for a place near Nuwara Eliya (20 mins by tuktuk). The staff are super nice, the place is very clean and the food is also delicious, The pool is heated and.the pool table is a nice addition also.

Everything, right from the property, room, location, surroundings, cleanliness to a very friendly staff. Our stay at Oliphant Boutique Villa by Amaya was nothing short of magical. The photos online simply do not do justice to how stunning the property is in reality—the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful surroundings, the lush gardens, and that charming old-world elegance seamlessly blended with all modern comforts. Despite delays in our check-in due to heavy rains, the staff were patiently waiting for us with warm smiles. From the very first moment, they made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. Every member of the team was humble, polite, and incredibly respectful. A special shoutout to Laxman, who took care of us throughout our stay. His attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference. We also travelled with our 5-year-old, who is quite picky with food, yet the kitchen staff went out of their way to prepare dishes he would enjoy. This level of personal care was deeply appreciated. The food was exceptional—far beyond our expectations. I strongly recommend opting for half board or full board, because every meal was a delight. We stayed for four days and honestly wished we had booked even more. Oliphant was the standout stay of our entire Sri Lanka trip. The peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, lovely heritage charm, and world-class hospitality make it a place we would return to without a second thought. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya—Oliphant Boutique Villa is an experience you won’t forget!
