The Golden Crown Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in Ampitya, Kandy, Srilanka. The name is very suitable. It really is the crown in Kandy. We loved everything with our stay. Chathurika and her team are so attentive and kind. They did everything they could for our stay to be the most pleasant. The place is so beautiful. My recommendation to everyone coming to Kandy. Thank you for a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back.

Located in Kandy, 3.2 km from Ceylon Tea Museum, Mirage Kandyan Heights provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Great views from swimming pool. very good breakfast and lunch. I wish I stayed there longer.

Boasting a terrace with garden views, a garden and a shared lounge, Misty Clouds Homestay can be found in Kandy, close to Kandy City Center Shopping Mall and 1.6 km from Bogambara Stadium. Beautiful home stay up in the hills, a stones throw from the city yet peaceful and calm. Great views from the balcony. The entire place is spotless, the bedroom was well thought out and comfortable. The host was welcoming and informative. She was happy to share local knowledge and tips on what to see and do. Yes, the property is up a steep driveway but I saw it as bonus exercise. We had included breakfast which was eggs, toast, spreads. We also had dinner here which was a humble home cooked meal featuring a delicious pineapple and cucumber salad. I’ve also attached 2 photos to show the signs at the bottom of the driveway so it’s easier for you to find as there’s no Misty Clouds signage to indicate where to go until your literally in front of the property.

Our stay was incredible such fantastic hospitality from Samira the manager and his team from being greeted with water Lillies to watching a fantastic cookery demonstration in the kitchen. The food was lovely the staff couldn’t do enough for you always with a smile we will definitely be returning on our next visit

Close to town but on a beautiful quiet road with incredible views! Very spacious rooms and very clean! Had the most amazing hosts that helped us with anything we needed and showed us around town! They cooked us incredible meals and welcomed us into their amazing home! Can’t wait to come back and stay again! This is a really special place to stay!

Surprisingly few bugs which was amazing, beautiful balcony. Food was decent, liked the sri lankan breakfast more than the a La cart options
