Very good and reasonably priced food at the restaurant. A single portion of a continental breakfast is good enough for 2 people. Free short shuttle ride from the Tren Maya station, 100 Pecos to everything else. Currently its is a 10 min drive to the archeological site but it will become much shorter soon once a new main access point to the site opens in a few months (1km from the hotel).

It feels like something out of a Wes Anderson movie - every detail is so thoughtfully designed. We booked a private room, which was beautiful and spacious, with a stunning bathroom, but honestly, the whole vibe of the place makes also the shared rooms look very appealing 💕 It’s not right in the center, but with Uber being so affordable here, getting around was super easy and never an issue. The girls at the reception were all incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we were having a great time. A special shoutout to Jo, who gave us so many great tips 🙏🏼 We truly hope to come back here again someday!

Everything. Nothing to dislike. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Location was great. Near food, bars, lounges, gas station. Great for people watching. Our room was number 8 by the pool.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and constantly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully thought out. The entire property exudes charm and elegance, with a clear attention to detail that elevates the whole experience. We genuinely felt cared for throughout our stay, and there's no doubt—we will definitely be coming back!
