We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.

You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones!

Entertainment program - all the dance groups, violin player and magic tricks were really impressive. We also enjoyed the sauna and the Turkish Sauna (hamam). We also tried for extra cost: massage + borrowing tennis rackets, both enjoyable. Special shout out to Malik for being very friendly and to our favourite twin sisters Gülsüm and Fatma who we befriended.

Ще се радвам да се срещнем скоро отново!

Set in Side, 200 metres from Kumkoy Beach, Grand Mirage Hotel & Spa offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. A calm and enjoyable stay. Clean facilities, comfortable room, and good dining options. Staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend.
