The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The kids got little teddies upon arrival. They helped us with directions around the city and the rooms were extremely spacious. Modern and functional hotel, only a short 5 mins drive from ORD. Much better value than other options in the area, I would definitely return again. The food at the bar/restaurant was also great. On the day of our departure, the shuttle driver was not available, but they immediately called a taxi for us and paid for it.
