This establishment has character, a sense of history and place, and is in a wonderful location to explore New York. In some hotels you never feel truly welcome; this is not the case at the Hotel Chelsea. Thank you - we will return.

Excellent location close to subway and plenty of cafe, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Close to the park and museums. Clean spacious rooms with basic amenities. Rooms were cleaned daily. We got one superior and one queen suite. Both were great.

Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. Very nice location, close to the metro station. Good internet available. Super staff, especially concierge.

This property is spacious for family, clean, and quiet. It’s easy to communicate with the host Miad. Miad”s dad picked me up from JFK and dropped me off there on the next morning. Nice hosts!

Wonderful experience - the a la carte breakfast in the gorgeous dining room was the absolute best. Hotel has loads of atmosphere and the lounge, complete with roaring fire, was perfect after a day out exploring NYC in the wintry weather. Rooms on the small side, but that is par for the course in NYC and perfectly laid out within their small footprint. The daily cookies and water were very much appreciated. Would definitely return.

The hotel is new, very clean, has a great vibe in part due to the decor but mostly thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. This is a lovely well run urban retreat, befitting of the Paspaley legacy...on return each evening you feel as though you leave behind the chaos and dirtiness of Manhattan once you walk through the doors.
