With mountain views, The Zarafa is situated in Hazyview and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Very nice villas with private pool and great view! We even met 2 girafs and other animals around the villas. The food is delicious and we had the chance to experience meat from the springbok, kudu and crocodile. Everything was very well organized for us by the owner of the Zarafa incl. activities (big 5 safari, panorama tour) and airport transfers.

A very warm welcome in colder winter times 😉 A nice touch were the electric blankets that warmed the bed. The diner was warm and filling, perfect after a day of driving. The place was very clean. Rooms were huge and beds absolutely comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast twice and our whole family was blown away by the excellent service we received from the dedicated staff, especially from MC, who always went the extra mile and fulfilled every one of your wishes instantly. Many thanks again, MC! Food was delicious and we were really glad we'd decided to eat at the lodge. We would have stayed longer if we could have and we really hope to stay there again some time near. You really won't find a better place to stay at!

Everything from start to end was perfect, from the facilities to the rooms to the food we got served. But if there is one element who made our stay to something to remember for life - It is by no doubt Peter, the lodge manager, who went way and beyond to make us, as well as the other guests, feel the best way possible, so thank you Peter, you are something else!
