We arrived in Shanghai and came straight to this hotel as we were spending two days at Disney. We were in two rooms. Our children/teens stayed in one room, which had a large double and a single my husband and I had a double have the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. The hotel was beautiful and our rooms were perfect Hotel run a shuttle service to and from Disney every day, which was so easy. We ate in the hotel on the first night and we had breakfast there for two of the days. But in all fairness, we prefer just to get to the park to go to Starbucks. I’d like to say a special thank you to Oliver (concierge) who helped us book our taxis when we needed them On the last day we got a taxi really early in the morning to Shanghai Nanjing Road which took about an hour and 15 minutes. Overall, this was a perfect hotel if you are arriving from Pudong airport and spending some time at Disney the staff were also helpful in any questions that we might have had about getting around

Breakfast was dull. The very least expected is hot food. Breakfast was not a representation of JW Mariott to say the very least. stake coffee beans , cold eggs, piled up like a mountain , poor quality yogurt, cut fruits reminded me of a 3-star hotel below average assortment
