What I love about the property are the staff. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They are all willing to help and make your stay super comfortable. Special thanks to Bernadine, and Sumon. Very professional and helpful with all our enquiries. All the staff are always smiling. We also love the location of the hotel. It is connected to the City Centre which is very convenient with restaurants and everything that you might need. Also, the location is central so every place we would like to visit isn’t too far. We also love the pool area, it is aesthetically beautiful and relaxing. They provide the towels and water as soon as you enter. We also love the Amaru restaurant/bar. The vibe is super relaxing and Luis is excellent. We love the free beach access with free shuttle too. The beach is excellent. Very clean, white sand, relaxing area, they provide towels and water in the beach. There restaurants and bar in the beach too. We love the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast is excellent esp the egg section. I love the freshly cooked egg’s benedict and omelette. Excellent choices of food. Overall, my whole family really enjoyed this trip because of this hotel. Excellent staff, location, amenities, breakfast, and overall I cannot fault it. We will definitely be back.
