The concierge was so helpful especially Aron who went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. All the bar lobby staff especially Cathy were so welcoming and helpful. The environment was beautiful and the spa and pool facilities were amazing. Check out was a breeze.

The desk in front, where Chloe sits, is super helpful and informative. They speak two languages fluently, which is hard to find in China. The location is good.

Featuring a 24-hour fitness centre and an indoor pool, JW Marriott Hotel offers accommodation with modern design elements and oriental-inspired accent. The comfort of the room, ie the bed and pillows were amazing! We opted for the full meal plan and the food was great, the restaurant offered a great variety of dishes. The staff were helpful in getting us taxis and just in general. Would stay here again.
