Her passion, friendliness, and level of customer service exceeded our expectations. Although there were some minor issues with our booking made through the app, she went out of her way to resolve them for us. She also arranged our rooms as close together as possible and thoughtfully considered details that we might have missed. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Chengdu.
