Both adults and kids slept comfortably, and we quite enjoyed the variety of food served at buffet breakfast.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The ceilings were high, the rooms were super-spatious, the bathroom with a glass wall was something else, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

My family and I had an amazing and very satisfying experience with the customer service provided by the receptionist Lena Yang. Her passion, friendliness, and level of customer service exceeded our expectations. Although there were some minor issues with our booking made through the app, she went out of her way to resolve them for us. She also arranged our rooms as close together as possible and thoughtfully considered details that we might have missed. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Chengdu.
