AustriaExceptional service, it was even better than expected. The views of the pyramids are an added bonus but the hotel would be a 10 without it, with just the service and the facilities as well.
Our room was ready at 8am , and we did not even request an early check in, they just had it ready and waiting. I even received a birthday cake, after the very kind and attentive receptionist asked if we are there for a special occasion. I forgot to catch her name but she definetely deserves a raise.
Both me and my wife found this to be the best or one of the best hotels we have visited. ( we have visited many mariott hotels as well, and this experience we had here was one of the best )

JW Marriott holds a special place in our heart. It's considered our home away from home. Everything is as good as it gets, staff are extremely helpful and cooperative. We stayed at the Executive suite for our anniversary and it was excellent as always, with the added bonus of executives lounge access.

The staff will surround you with care and attention, I must note that I do not have any status in the Marriott network, but not even in all Kempinski hotels have I encountered such attention to the guest, especially without special privileges! I also recommend having dinner at Alfredo's restaurant for oven-baked pizza and seafood soup. The chef and restaurant manager are also amazingly responsive and friendly.

The Marriott is successful at providing good hospitality. With the views of the nile and being in the city center of Zamalek, the place is definitely a go to.
The staff is super helpful and accommodating of guests. A special thanks to the receptionist Radwa for helping us choose a room to our preference.
