Excellent Staff - friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing was that the pool was closed and that we were not informed before arrival. Alternative pool at Ritz Carlton was OK but of course not like hanging around in the garden at Marriott.

JW Marriott holds a special place in our heart. It's considered our home away from home. Everything is as good as it gets, staff are extremely helpful and cooperative. We stayed at the Executive suite for our anniversary and it was excellent as always, with the added bonus of executives lounge access.

The staff will surround you with care and attention, I must note that I do not have any status in the Marriott network, but not even in all Kempinski hotels have I encountered such attention to the guest, especially without special privileges! I also recommend having dinner at Alfredo's restaurant for oven-baked pizza and seafood soup. The chef and restaurant manager are also amazingly responsive and friendly.
