The hotel's stunning view of the pyramids was breathtaking and the modern decor of the hotel made it a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The restaurant had an extensive menu and the food was exceptional, it was delicious and beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend the Marriott Mena House for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with amazing views and exceptional service. Definitely an experience to remember!

I liked everything in the hotel starting from the reception and check in till check out, everything exceeded my expectations. This is my fourth time at JW Marriott and still rating as number one for me in Cairo. Special thanks to Bishoy and Ahmed for their exceptional service and treats.

The staff will surround you with care and attention, I must note that I do not have any status in the Marriott network, but not even in all Kempinski hotels have I encountered such attention to the guest, especially without special privileges! I also recommend having dinner at Alfredo's restaurant for oven-baked pizza and seafood soup. The chef and restaurant manager are also amazingly responsive and friendly.
