The people were extremely nice, especially at the restaurant! Food was great, location next to the mall was amazing. Rooms were big and comfortable.

The room was outstanding—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with premium features that made it feel truly luxurious. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the comfort of the bed to the stunning ambiance that made relaxing effortless. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Their hospitality was warm, genuine, and consistently attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. Highly recommended, and I would gladly return without hesitation.

Set in the heart of business and shopping district of Surabaya, JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya offer a luxurious 5-star accommodation, with exquisite European décor, outdoor pool and a fitness centre. We liked everything! This has been our best stay ever. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful, calming and not too busy. The sauna is also a good touch. The breakfast was extraordinary with so many options. The morning we weren’t able to make it to breakfast because of our climb to Mount Bromo, the concierge had breakfast for us ready the night before for us to take away. When we left we had the best help from the concierge to send one of our suitcases to send off to our next accommodation. Every single staff member was super friendly and always willing to help with everything. Thank you for this amazing stay!
