We liked everything! This has been our best stay ever. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful, calming and not too busy. The sauna is also a good touch. The breakfast was extraordinary with so many options. The morning we weren’t able to make it to breakfast because of our climb to Mount Bromo, the concierge had breakfast for us ready the night before for us to take away. When we left we had the best help from the concierge to send one of our suitcases to send off to our next accommodation. Every single staff member was super friendly and always willing to help with everything. Thank you for this amazing stay!
