Everything … from the day that i arrived i was greeted and escorted like a vip by Ms. Bella and check - in process was so smooth and upon reaching my room i was so excited that they decorated the room and prepared for me a huge cake to celebrate my birthday!. Everything was perfect, Bed, pillows, all clean, AC can be set according to what we need. Breakfast the spread and quality was super. Staff i can not name them one by one, Pak Agung, front lady at the breakfast, all were super friendly.
