During our recent stay at the Kochi Marriott Hotel, we experienced exceptional hospitality and impeccable service that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The valet parking team was prompt and courteous, making the check-in process seamless. They handled my vehicle with care and ensured I didn’t have to worry about parking, which is always a relief after a long journey. Upon check-in /check-out the hotel, the bell boy (Mr.Amal ) were quick to assist with my luggage. Their friendly demeanor and professional attitude immediately made our feel welcomed and well taken care of. At the reception, we were greeted warmly by the team(Ms Shijina), who handled our check-in efficiently. They provided all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. A special mention to the customer relationship team (Ms. Rose, Ms.Haneena & Ms Hadhi), give us a surprise for our wedding Anniversary and make it a memorable one . We felt like we were enjoying our Honeymoon in Kochi Marriot . The room was immaculate, thanks to the diligent work of the room boys (Mr. Ajit AK, Mr. Sujith and Mr. Sabari ), who maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout my stay. My requests for additional toiletries and room service were met with a smile and quick delivery. Also expressing our gratitude to all Chefs at Kochi Marriott for an amazing breakfast . Overall, the Kochi Marriott Hotel stands out for its well-trained and hospitable staff. Their collective effort in providing exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. Restaurant was great with friendly, courteous service and terrific food... Hemu, Padmakhi and Armaan (apologies if I've got names incorrect) thanks for making our stay memorable. Even people at the front desk were helpful at all times.

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Bangalore. This 5-star hotel offers a concierge service and valet parking. For some reason love was in the air. We were there to celebrate our 25 th Anniversary and from the time we entered the hotel we felt loved and taken care of. A loud welcome ma'am and welcome sir from the valet at the entrance. The front desk had Priyanka who was the sweetest person at the reception ever. She gave us a lot of surprises....a lounge pass with food and drinks were on the house, an entry for a DJ nite, a surprise cake cutting in the room. At the lounge they were celebrating a customer week and we had an opportunity to cut the cake there as well. The rooms were clean as u would imagine. The staff is very friendly......I thought it was just a perfect Anniversary celebration 🎉🥳

Situated within a convenient 5-minute drive from Kochi International Airport, Courtyard by Marriott is a modern premier 5-star hotel that features 2 dining options, an outdoor swimming pool, serene... The service from the staff was exceptional especially Chef Subash Upadhyay and team. Superb! The staff were welcoming, warm and made us feel right at home.

Hospitality of the staff, cleanliness of the property, various choices of food, quality of food, spacious lobby with lots of places to sit and discuss, consistency of the housekeeping and the speed of response.

Fortunately, upon contacting the hotel, the staff exhibited remarkable kindness and promptly arranged for the items to be delivered to the airport. The duty manager, Ms. Lavanya, along with the hotel driver, Mr. Manikandan, efficiently facilitated the process, and the Chief Security Officer at Madurai International Airport was instrumental in ensuring the retrieval of our essential documents. We are grateful to the hotel staff and the Officers at Madurai Airport for their swift and understanding response to our situation.

The staff were amazing. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a young lady and she spoke to my wife and my child and spoke to them while I discussed the room and the breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and had all requirements we needed. The room service was quick and helpful
