Situated in Tokyo and with Shibata Shizaburo Old Residence reachable within 300 metres, JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo features concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout... Everything about our stay was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, the location is unbeatable, and the facilities were top-notch. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, offering a true sense of comfort and luxury.

This was a last minute reservation in the middle of the typhoon, and they were wonderful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. We were just off the long flight so that was much appreciated.

Only a 5-minute walk from Ginza Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from Tsukiji Fish Market, Courtyard by Marriott offers a fitness room, a bar and 2 restaurants. I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Ginza. The team was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. I even forgot some valuable personal items, and they went above and beyond to help arrange sending them safely to a friend in Japan. Their care, honesty, and professionalism truly stood out and made a big impression on me. I am very grateful for their support and would absolutely love to stay here again.
