The staff is nice, friendly and they are always ready to help you. A lot of facilities to enjoy like spa, beach, pool, bars and restaurants. The massage worth every penny. From time to time they serve you fresh fruits on the beach, they have cocktail happy hours every afternoon and themed dinner nights at the main restaurant. Spacious room, bathroom with bathtub.

Oy did a sensational job in arranging all of our accommodations including our hotel stay, hotel to airport transportation and especially our elephant experience. Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience.
