The night shift manager corrected the issue so we could check in , but the reservation still needed to be solved so we didn’t have to pay extra. The morning manager Ms Laurelle Whitaker and the front desk agent name Kim have gone out of their way, helping me to locate booking.com info, contacting booking.com to straight everything out while handling other tasks of a busy morning . Their efforts to work and make sure the hotel provides 100% positive care for customers are greatly appreciated by us .
