One of my favorite amenities was the tea-making facility in the room—nothing beats a warm cup of tea after braving the chilly winter weather! The assistant on-site went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay, which made all the difference. The hotel's location is another highlight. Its proximity to the train station and various public transport options makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend Mercure Berlin City Hotel for anyone looking for an inclusive and comfortable place to stay in Berlin. Their commitment to accessibility and guest comfort is commendable!

This Mercure hotel is situated in the heart of Berlin, a 3-minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie and the Stadtmitte Underground Station. It offers a 24-hour fitness room, a sauna and complimentary WiFi.... Spacious room. Responsible staff. Cleaness. 10/10 experience.

Good location, clean, soundproofed and staff was very friendly. Rooms are pretty large and contain big TVs and refrigerators - very useful. Near an U-Bahn station. Lots of shops, reataurants and cafes around.

This 3 star superior boutique hotel is located on a quiet side street between Berlin's lively Schöneberg and traditional Charlottenburg districts. Absolutely fine and totally what I expected for a hotel in this location.
