The location is great, you can easily get to the stores and cafes. The hotel itself is nice and clean. In the room, there is a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. There is also a mini fridge and the hairdryer. All the people working there are really nice and helpful. There is a pool and a restaurant on the ground floor. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Located in the heart of Central Jakarta, Mercure Jakarta Cikini presents a modern and cosy city stay with free WiFi access and free daily buffet breakfast. Hotel is located in a lovely, green, but still central neighborhood. Bed was comfy, room -nice. Didn’t hear the train tuning outside. Selection of breakfast was great. Rooftop view over the city is nice, as well as rest and bar area there. Of course, rooftop pool is a fantastic bonus. Overall great stay here.

The people at the hotel are so so nice. I was assisted by Juan. He was always smiling and very warm. He helped me even after I have checked out. I left many things and he helped send by grab the stuff I left to my friend’s office.
