Wonderful place! Very cozy, relaxing with a super nice view of the green mountain. A bus stop is nearby and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious with a wide choice.

It was conveniently located with an easy walk to Nagoya Station. I’ve seen some mixed reviews about the breakfast, but my husband and I loved trying it at least once. Large variety and you could probably find something you’d enjoy if you’re picky (but we liked being able to try a little of everything). The staff was wonderful. They were the ultimate professionals as we threw a handful of requests and questions at them in English/kindergarten level Japanese when we first arrived — and they were so patient, kind and accommodating. Also close to some great food spots as well as a Lawson’s across the street and 7/11 up the block.

Amazing hotel, one of the best Mercure hotels I have seen. Beautiful onsens, nice bar and the restaurant, very beautiful rooms, close distance to town and the station is literally 5 min walk away.
