Appeared to be family owned, Very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Well kept hotel. Surprising quiet. Next to a great coffee shop. Close to good restaurants and pubs, about 6-7 blocks away. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at West Inn NAU. The motel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. What really made our experience special was the outstanding staff at the front desk.
