Hotels That Guests Love in Saint Augustine
  • This is a rare gem in a great location in St. Augustine at the end of the Bridge of Lions. We loved sitting outside our room looking at the glorious sunsets over the bay with the old city across the water. Rooms are nicely upgraded, linens are soft, bed is comfy. Reminds me of a throwback 50's motel with extremely friendly staff who go the extra mile.

  • The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cocktail hour was a nice touch and a chance to meet others at the motel. The hot breakfast was a special treat and very good. The view was of the draw bridge and the skyline of St. Augustine, very pretty at night.

  • The motel was surrounded by eating places. Right now door were Denny's, Ruby Tuesday's and Cracker Barrel. Down the street about 1 block is a IHOP. The room I stayed was clean and smelled fresh. Best of all was that the motel is located right an I-95 exit so it was easy to head for any destination. Fell in love with the city of St. Augustine!

  • Access to the property is easy, as is access to the surrounding eating establishments - Ruby Tuesday, Cracker Barrel, Taco Bell and a few others. Travel to St. Augustine is very easy, it's a right turn out of the motel, then a 20 minute ride into the center of town.

  • The tourist train/tram stops right at the motel. Worked great. We actually boarded at the next, nearby stop, The Fountain of Youth, and driver let us get on for free and buy tickets at next stop. Interesting little museum there included in price and train is great way to see St. Augustine. We arrived a night early and staff worked with us to get a room for that night plus the booked night. Good continental breakfast.
