I never had to stay in such a nice bedroom, before. That was extraordinary, as I needed and enjoyed that Jacuzzi, which helped to heal a bit of my lower back pain. That was great!

The big let-down for us was a poor choice dinner, which considering a Spanish 4 star establishment produced virtually inedible food. Strangely, breakfast was quite the opposite with a huge choice of cooked and continental food.

Detailed information about how to use the bus system would have been useful, especially for non-Spanish speakers. Since I drove from the south of Spain to visit my daughter in Alcobendas I really appreciated the ample parking and the fact that I did not have to pay extra for it. The hotel was 1.2 km far from the metro station and you have to take a taxi to the airport, the price is €30, but the price of the accommodation corresponded to these facts.
