We had a wonderful time staying at this ryokan! The entire experience felt very luxurious. We were picked up from Miyanoshita Station and driven to the hotel. Before arriving, we were sent very clear instructions on how to get to the area from Tokyo. Dinner was served over 5 courses brought to our room. Everything on the menu was delicious. The outdoor bath was extremely relaxing and we appreciated the later checkout time of 12.00 so we could enjoy it more. The futon beds were very comfortable - I fell asleep almost instantly after going to bed and slept through to morning. All of the staff were so kind and helpful. My Japanese is pretty basic, but the staff were happy to either speak in English or use a translation app.

The exceptionally detailed level of service. Staff was extremely helpful and thorough. Location is ideal, stayed in a two floor suite which was perfect. Private onsen was a great perk as well.

The hotel is newly renovated and rooms are spacious by Japanese standards. The baths and garden are relaxing and the Japanese buffet breakfast was delicious! We also liked that the hotel is very family friendly. Most of all we liked that the manager took the time to explain combination of buses/train to take to get to our next destination. We really appreciated his kindness.

We loved the spacious room, the private ones and the incredible kindness of the owners. We felt as if we were visiting family. The owners are so welcoming, they made sure we had a great time.

Facilities were clean and well maintained. Rarely anybody is in the onsen when you want to go so you get the whole place to yourself. It's pretty close to bus stops so if you want to travel to the Hakone cable car it's doable (same with open air museum).

The most positive impressions about your stay at Wisterian Life Club Verde no Mori . Very spacious room with garden view, comfortable beds and pillows, there is a kettle and tea. The hotel has a spacious swimming pool, its own onsen with a public and private bathroom, yukata and slippers are given out. The staff speaks English. There is a minibus on schedule . You can easily get from the railway station to the hotel by public transport. An open-air museum is located within walking distance. To the funicular station 10 minutes by bus. I definitely recommend this place for living.
