Wonderful location and beautiful hotel. The lobby provides a first class impression that continues throughout with the rooms and hot springs. There's a late night noodle snack at the restaurant and treats at the hot springs. I speak no Japanese and was able to manage fine. Everyone was very kind in guiding me if I needed it. I would definitely stay here for more nights in the future.

Amazing. There was free shuttle to the nearest JR station. We didn't book the shuttle beforehand but we were able to take it anyway. The breakfast was amazing and the location is very good. Very close to the bus stop which we had to take because JR operations were suspended due to heavy rain. Value was so good.

This was a luxurious treat and we all enjoyed it from the welcome by the general manager, the hot spring bath, the food, the room. One of our group had a massage which was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was an amazing buffet of Japanese and Western dishes.
