The location is beautiful and the room, dining room and pool all have a beautiful view. There is a small city nearby with everything we needed - a great supermarket, coffee shops and bakeries, and restaurants. Nearby, there are amazing natural sites, as well as cities to visit, and everything is quite close. We went to hot springs in nature, hiked, saw Montepulciano, and visited wineries. Also, during this stay, we had family with us, including a baby, and there was lots of open space and grass for her as well.

Fantastic views, superb rooms. Everything was super thoughtfully provided for our stay. Beautiful room and lounge areas, with hot springs and restaurant overlooking the natural scenery. The staff were super attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place to unwind after a drive.

Amazing views, super clean, spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay and meeting our gracious hosts Letizia and Georgio. A special place to stay that is within easy driving distance of many wonderful hill towns and hot springs. We hope to return!

It's very spacious and clean. Facilities were very good and apartment was in a good location near hot springs, restaurants and transport links. We each had a room with ensuite washing facilities. Leaving some water and snacks for us was a nice touch.

The owner Raffaele has done an amazing job taking over the property during Covid and has created a relaxed place including garden and pool for both adults and children. The location is AAA+, next to the best 'Vino Nobile' vineyards of Boscarelli at a 5 min walk, 10 minutes to the Medieval Tuscan city of Montepulciano and super close to all places of interest, hot springs, the lakes, supermarkets and 1,5 hour from Florence. A train station is nearby, going both to Rome and Florence. A hidden gem in South Tuscany!

Really close to the hot springs. We were four, including our 3months old baby, altough we had reserved for three and the host was kind enough not to have us pay extra for the fourth person (we didn´t need any extra bed or anything for our baby).
