Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. The staff is extremely nice, it is located near all the relevant public baths and the town's temple. The private onsen is great both for relaxing and for preparing yourself to the bigger public ones. And it is not even expensive.

Traditional multi-course dinners, hot-spring baths overlooking old forests, and spacious Japanese rooms with nature views await guests at Negiya Ryofukaku. Amazing room, amazing stuff and amazing food!!! It definitely exceeded my expectations! The stuff was so lovely since the beginning, the dinner was Amazing, the stuff also helped me with the cooking part) I had a room with private outdoor bath, how it was...? Wonderful, definitely recommend it! I could go late at night, early-early in the morning! Will definitely come again here, the Service - TOP!!!

I enjoyed the view from my spacious room, the style of this ryokan in general and it’s location. The host topped it all though with her warmth, gentleness and her help. She truly is a host! I just felt so comfortable! Thank you!

Absolutely lovely stay at Kinosaki Onsen! This place is freshly renovated and it shows, everything is clean and well organized, I loved it. The room was very spacious and I had a view on the street, the bed was very comfortable and big. I had a fridge, little cookies and water in my room when I arrived, as well as a little basket, yukata and Onsen towels all available. They brought my heavy backpack up for me since there’s only stairs, no elevator. You can change the size of your yukata from the selection at the lobby if you need and there’s amenities too. You’ll also get a pass for all the onsens, so all you need to do is scan the QR code and walk in, loved that it was so easy and well explained at the reception. The breakfast in the morning was so good ! I would recommend the raw egg option with rice, it’s really good and more traditional. But they will cook your egg if you prefer. They don’t offer diner which honestly is fine since there’s some really good restaurants around, I would recommend trying snow crab hot pot, which I did on my first night and was really worth it, the restaurant is right in front of the train station and a very short walk from the hotel. They gave me maps and location informations at the reception, with the opening time and restaurant recommendations which was very helpful. The hotel location is soooooooooooo good. On the Main Street, close to 2 of the main onsens and a short walk from the others. 5 min from the train station, really in the middle of the action and right next door is the famous Kinosaki milk coffee cafe ☕️ ❤️ which I also recommend. It’s also very close to the rope way to go up the mountain and visit the main temple, there’s also a lovely cafe with a view at the top. Really enjoyed this relaxing experience, just be aware the hotel doesn’t have a shower, you go there because you want to experience Onsen culture and go to public baths.

The room was stunning, offering everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips. Would highly recommend spending the extra for a room with private onsen - it was heavenly.

We liked the friendly and tentative staff; ones at the front desk, dinning room, and especially the one who helped each of us to put on kimonos.

Boasting an open-air hot springs bath and spacious garden, Arima Grand Hotel is located a 10-minute walk away from Arima Onsen Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Initially email communication was misleading , you actually don’t need to request for shuttle fr the San Bandai bus from Osaka. The airport shuttle stops n pickup from there. We stayed 2 nights, no need to book private, the 9Fand B2 baths were great, the interactive Kaiseri dinners were excellent, the breakfast was so good, we skipped lunch both days. Spouse making plans to go back next year. We requested the Japanese style rooms and enjoyed it despite tough getting up fr the floor due to my titanium knees
