The staff provided top-notch quality service. Our whole stay was absolutely beautiful. There's no word to fairly describe how perfect it was.

This was by far the best hotel in which I have stayed in my multiple trips to Iwate. Amazing customer service, overall cleanliness and amenities. The lobby workers were incredibly helpful and gave us all the information that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the multiple options for pillows were a nice addition. Thank you so much!

This place was an amazing stop-over on our train journey from Kyoto to Sapporo. I think we were especially lucky being here on a Monday night as we were virtually the only people here! It meant that my son and I got the public onsen to ourselves which is superb (the outside area is right next to falling snow and a stream).

Worth the price. Free yukata with different sizes and design available for guests. Very peaceful ryokan. Wish we could stay longer to explore the surrounding nature. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast was amazing. Staff was so attentive to our requests and took the time asking about our dietary requirements. Massage chairs available for guests to use. Loved the Indoor and outdoor public bath. Highly recommended for those who wants a luxury ryokan experience.
