This place is magnificent, beautifully located in the forest, right next to a river and a waterfall. The staff were superb, friendly and professional. We had a private onsen in our room, which was the best we’ve ever had - open air with a stunning forest view. The dinner was amazing and delicious. The ryokan also had a marshmallow BBQ station!

We had the half board option, and we had amazing dinner and breakfast of local produce. Very attentive hotel staff. Great onsen. The room we got was massive and clean. Love that there is free parking.

Dormy Inn Takamatsu Chuo Koenmae Natural Hot Spring está ubicado en Takamatsu, a 4,5 km de Asahi Green Park y a 6,9 km de Cormorant Shrine. Property is 10 min bus ride and 20 min walking from Takamatsu train station . I have booked several Dormy inn’s across Japan and this one was good just like the other locations. Service was good! Nice hot bath!, hot sauna, cold bath facilities (for the men side at least). Breakfast that I reserved was also very good-this location have self served udon which match the uniqueness of Takamatsu.

I stayed for three nights as the Kairo while I explored the islands. My room was amazing, I found the futon on the tatami mats so comfortable. I loved the hot springs. The staff were so kind and drove me to the ferry point every morning and back in the afternoons. Staying on the hill above town was a great experience.

A 5-minute walk from JR Kotohira Train Station, Kotosankaku Hiten provides Japanese rooms with traditional futon beds and Konpira Mountain views. We Booked a room with a private outdoor onsen and dinner. Everything was amazing. The dinner was excellent and the private onsen amazing. Breakfast was also very good.
