Excellent location, easy access from JR Kyoto. The entrance was so modern and impressive. We loved the outdoor bath at the top of the building. Very cool! We just loved it!

Beautiful hotel with tatami flooring throughout (shoes are kept in the shoes lockers in the lobby). The room was large with a very comfortable bed, free wifi and a traditional style throughout. The hotel also has an onsen and sauna, which are free for guests to use - I highly recommend, very relaxing - as well as a laundry space which was very convenient. Next door is a convenience store and the hotel is located near Kitahama Station and Yodoyabashi Station so it's easy to get around the city. It's within walking distance from lots of restaurants and subway lines (and only a stop or 2 away from Osaka Castle). I would stay here again next time I'm in Osaka.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed !!! Extra clean , amazing furniture and extraordinary hot baths which were crystalline clean and was the best relaxation of the day! They also have an amazing terrace with a view all over Kyoto and where you can have your drink even during winter with hot foot bath and warming fireplace! It worth it every penny!!

We stayed at this hotel for three days in August 2023, and enjoyed our time here very much. The breakfast was great with a large variety of traditional Japanese food, plus salads and fruits. We were very happy to use the laundry facilities. We went to the onsen a few times, but made sure to avoid the crowded periods, and it was very clean and lovely with a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is very good located, only one station away from Universal Studios Japan! Very clean, very good and comfortable beds and pillows! They were excellent! We slept so well! The shower is big and top modern! The staff is friendly!

hot spring water made my skin soft. breakfast was good. staffs were kind. location is good. I enjoyed free ramen, ice bar and massage chairs ♡ I recommend this hotel. you are supposed to take yr shoes off in the lobby for the tatami mat. fresh experience kkk
