The breakfast had great variety and the bathroom was nice and the room was spacious. The staff was very helpful with the luggage forwarding.

I totally recommend it! The staff at the reception was super profesional, helpful and very nice overall.

Really cool Japanese-style hotel where we leave our shoes in the lobby locker, and get around the hotel in our socks. Although our room didn't have much of an outside-view, the room itself is really cozy and lovely! Furthermore, the hotel itself is located right next to the train station, and that's really convenient!

There are 2 indoor hot springs baths and an open-air bath at the property. The hostel was fantastic. We rented a tatami room, which was spotless, very comfortable and with a really nice view. The onsen was amazing, we absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, there were snacks, eggs to boil in the onsens in town and all cooking and serving tools to eat them afterwards. The bathrooms were incredibly clean. This was our favourite stay along the Kumano Kodo, despite being the cheapest.

Guests can wear colourful yukata robes at the property. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Place was cool, traditional style ryokan with lovely staff and great location. They really went to extreme to ensure that we reach the best Kinosaki-experience. I forgot my ring, noticed it in the bus station and accepted my faith. However, they had noticed my ring and rushed to the bus to bring it to me - this is an example of their heartfelt attirude towards guests
