Hotel is safe, very well maintained, clean and the staff are very friendly. They were very helpful is guiding me with my planning, in regards to how I should route my interests. There is a 7/11 across the street. A very nice ice cream place right next door and loads of dining options around the hotel as well as loads of options within the station. The rooms are well equipped. Separate shower, bath tub, toilet and sink. The size of the room is pretty good by Japan standards. There is a small couch in there, as well as a desk and chair. They have an onsen as well and a gym. Plus laundry facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel for its location, room, amenities and all.

Everything was perfect: a very nice hotel in a good location with friendly and polite staff, a great view of the city with a foot bath where you can have a Japanese bento breakfast (you need to pick it up at the reception in the morning, free ice cream and coffee all day), a clean room with everything you need, a great onsen. The room is small yet very cozy , stayed in both twin bed room and queen bed room this time. twin bed room is a little larger than queen bed room, and has separated toilet room .“no views” means when you open the window, you may look at another hotel that is very close to this hotel. The hot spring is fantastic, and you can enjoy free ice cream, free drinks and free Ramen before 11pm. The breakfast is also very good, which has seafood rice and miso soup and many Japanese style dishes.

There are 2 indoor hot springs baths and an open-air bath at the property. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. Bunk bed is comfortable and large.

Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. Guests can wear colourful yukata robes at the property. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. I was happy to stay here for one night. The traditional interior decoration and the nice hot springs. In addition, the very kind grandma and boss and all the staff. I was treated well and had very good memories. Thank you. You guys, I will go again next time.
