The staff were so nice and friendly, and the amenities were everything you could possibly need and more. The onsens were beautiful, immaculate and clean - and the hotel breakfast was definitely one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The late night soba hit the spot and the snacks were endless (popsicles, yakult, drinks in the lobby machine). Also loved the super comfortable yukatas and pjs that the hotel provided. It’s easily walkable distance from a JR station (just one stop away from Kyoto station), and there are multiple bus stops within a 5-10 minute walk that can take you all over Kyoto. It’s across the street from a 7-11, and right next to one of the prettiest parks!

The property is 500 metres from Nakanoshima Park, and within 1.1 km of the city centre. One of the most satisfying hotel experiences ever had. Location is great. Nice and clean facility. The onsen is amazing! Breakfast is outstanding. There are a lot of free gigs to enjoy. Staff are also very kind. I will stay here again when I come back.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 400 metres from Gion Shijo Station. Kind staff. Lounge on the 9th floor with unlimited complementary soft drinks and coffee etc. also free ice creams. Onsen was a delightful experience after a full day of walking through the overcrowded streets of Kyoto. Daily cleaning was a nice touch.

The atmosphere, the tatami floors, the onsen, complimentary snacks/drinks, the massage chairs etc., etc. all work together so that it is easy to feel rested and ready for the next day of activities. Convenient laundry facilities, never had to wait more than a few minutes until a washing machine was available. Good location close to the station.
