The hot springs are amazing. Love the view and foot spa on rooftop. Breakfast Bento is delicious. 3 min walk to Hankyu station, and 10 min walk to Keihan station. My family and I love this place a lot. We'll definitely choose Sora Niwa next time we come to Kyoto.

It was great, I felt sad we stayed only one night. The prices vary so we could enjoy it for a good price. They offer complimentary ramen and snacks together with soft drinks. The onsen was really great (much better than in another hotel we stayed in) and you can enter with tattoo cover ups.

I really can say that everything. Traditional in a modern way. We got free of charge soup for dinner, icepops, several other things. But that has only added to the experience, everything was really fine quality and the feel of careful planning and kindness.

Both the entire village and the accommodation are exceptional. The hotel's onsens are very cool, in the morning you can try rice porridge cooked with thermal water. The hotel has its own small convenience store for hikers. After a long day of hiking (25 km), sitting in the onsen there is an indescribable pleasure!
