Super spaciuos, very near Kyoto Station, staff was always very nice, excellent amenities (POLE brand), and the room... I loved the design, the practicity, the lay out, the little mini garden in the window, WOW! We also used the Onsen, which was so relaxing!! I would definitely stay here in my next visit to Kyoto! I didn't choose to have breakfast but I think next time I will since I really loved everything about this hotel. Thank you very much from Mexico!

The service and staff were exceptional. They are English friendly. The facilities (private onsen, relaxation room) and room were clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed the tatami mats and no shoes in the hotel. There were also free sweets, ice pops, noodles, and drinks at certain times throughout the day which were delicious! At check-in, a pamphlet was provided outlining the location of the facilities and times for each service. I had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel - dinner was a fun experience and breakfast had many options.

The hotel gave us an incredible experience! The open-air public bathtub with a view of mountains and the shrine is something you need to experience yourself! After the bathing, there are popsicles and hot/cold drinks available for free.

The onsen in the hotel was nice. The hotel is big and spacious. The room was also a good size for Japan.

Superior furnishings and design, felt luxurious for the price. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Onsen area was the best in Japan so far. Also great location.

The hospitality of the owner is second to none ,his name eludes me but he was so nice, one of the nicest hosts I've met in Japan. As soon as I entered I got such a huge welcome and help with my bags. The private onsen and breakfast are great. The hotel is in a great location, and there was great additional services like luggage storage and lughage delivery to station.
