There were 3 heaters in the room, so definately warm enough to anyone's liking if you needed. Room onsen was nice. Food was in a private dining room for dinner and breakfast. There was a very nice lounge to relax in as well. There is a public cave onsen that was quite special. In winter, roads may have snow and need to be wary if driving in.

El Okyakuya, construido en 1722, está situado en el distrito histórico del distrito de Kurokawa Onsen. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, our waitress for our dinner was very fun to converse with, along with everyone else we spoke with. The dinner was very well made, the facilities were beautiful, and our rooms were everything we could’ve asked for. The location is also excellent in the middle of everything, allowing for an easy walk around Kurokawa.

The Dinner and Breakfast is super delicious, also the staff is really friendly and nice! Private outdoor hot spring is amazing! 24 hour non stop natural hot spring keep the water hot in the bath!

El Kurokawa Onsen Yama no Yado Shinmeikan cuenta con 5 baños termales, entre los que se incluye un baño cueva de 30 metros de largo. The staff was extremely helpful, parking our car for us and helping us navigate. The cave onsen was stunning, as the cave was much larger than I expected and very interesting, and the water was very relaxing. The food was also incredible!

Located in the centre of Kurokawa Onsen, Oyado Noshiyu offers outdoor and indoor hot-spring baths, Japanese-style accommodations and a traditional teahouse. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to communicate with me effectively. The different in house onsens were well maintained and offered good experiences. The room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained and offered a great coffee. The property although not large had many pockets of places one could enjoy a peaceful environment. The meals were of a high quality making the dining experience extremely enjoyable. Attention to detail was amazing (see the sesame seeds!) making the meal a feast for the eyes before the tasty feast. Breakfast was also hearty and tasty.

El Hotel Yumeshizuku está situado en Minami Aso, en la región de Kumamoto, a 10 km de Naka-dake, y cuenta con baño termal y sauna. The views and location were sublime. As soon as we arrived the staff went out of their way to make our stay special in every way. The food was also amazing and the onsen was relaxing. A highlight of our trip to Japan

El Nanjoen está situado en el centro de la zona de Kurokawa Onsen y cuenta con un total de 8 baños termales cubiertos y al aire libre. There's pick-up service from the nearby bus station. The service is very good, they even helped to keep your shoes. The view from the room is very nice, and the room is spacious and comfortable.

El Fumoto Ryokan ofrece alojamiento tradicional de estilo japonés con encanto histórico, así como varios baños termales exteriores e interiores. Everything! From the moment we parked our car till leaving the village, everything was at 7 out of 5 stars level! The attention and help of staff, the baths, the meals - everything! Loved our stay!
