The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from Kyoto station. Hotel is safe, very well maintained, clean and the staff are very friendly. They were very helpful is guiding me with my planning, in regards to how I should route my interests. There is a 7/11 across the street. A very nice ice cream place right next door and loads of dining options around the hotel as well as loads of options within the station. The rooms are well equipped. Separate shower, bath tub, toilet and sink. The size of the room is pretty good by Japan standards. There is a small couch in there, as well as a desk and chair. They have an onsen as well and a gym. Plus laundry facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel for its location, room, amenities and all.

Ryokan Sumiya Kihoan asub Kameokas, 13 km kaugusel Keirin-ji templist. Kohapeal on kuumaveeallikate ja mullivanniga toad ning konditsioneeriga toad. An exceptional ryokan with outstanding service and incredibly polite staff. The atmosphere is peaceful, cozy, and very private. Our room with a private onsen was absolutely amazing, and the kaiseki dinner was unforgettable — truly a culinary experience.

Located in Kyoto, 700 metres from Kyoto International Manga Museum, HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO, a Luxury Collection Hotel & Spa provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a garden and... Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean, excellent service, great rooms, very good food (also for vegetarians!). Massage was off the charts, and they offered great excursions that were quite exclusive (To-ji temple private tour highly recommended)
