The views over the islands of Matsushima were superb - truly one of the 3 great views of Japan! Our room overlooked the famous Fukuurabashi bridge through a picturesque screen of the twisted pine trees that make this view so iconic. The kaiseki style meals were superb - delicious and beautifully presented. Each dish was a delight of discovery, awe and wonder. We enjoyed a private onsen bath with sunset views and also visited each of the other public baths over the next day. The views over the bay are simply stunning.

Pension Kamifuji está en Osaki y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, vistas a la ciudad, jardín con terraza y acceso a la sauna y a la bañera de hidromasaje. El lugar es precioso pero lo mejor es la amabilidad de la familia que lleva el lugar. Son amables y te hacen sentir como en casa. Llegamos sin coche y nos ofrecieron ayuda y transporte. Bellísima gente. El lugar es perfecto si vas con niños. También hay un Onsen muy cerca, me pareció una experiencia inolvidable. 100% recomendable.

Sakunami Onsen Yuzukushi Salon Ichinobo está en Sendai, a 27 km de Sendai City Community Support Center, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. All very helpful and friendly. The public baths were wonderful. Outside baths were 2 different scenarios, one was gorgeous with five separate river rock soaking areas overlooking the river and forest, the other was 1 wooden tub in a small pavilion. Women have the beautiful spot afternoon/evening and swap with the men in the morning. Our room was very large and comfortable with a balcony and private soaking tub. The buffet style dinner and breakfast were delicious. Huge variety of freshly prepared foods. All you could eat and drink, beer, wine, various alcohol, sake, in the restaurant. The reception area had a piano, wood burning central fireplace to sit around. There were small tables with various board games, a library, snacks, beer and wine. Comfortable seating overlooking the hillside that was lit up at night. Very romantic spot to go for a special night.

Suzukiya Ryokan está muy bien situado en el barrio de Kamasaki Onsen, Shiroishi, a 49 km de Sendai City Community Support Center, a 47 km de Castillo Aoba y a 48 km de Zuihoden. Everything was perfect! Dinner and breakfast were so delicious. We had a wonderful experience of Japanese entertainment such as onsen, wearing yukata and sleeping on futon.

The staff were amazing, catering to every need. The place is quiet and very zen. It is perfect for those looking for peace and want to meditate. The onsen facilities are clean and heavenly. There was a private onsen in my room and I enjoyed it ALOT.

We had a wonderful experience at a traditional Japanese establishment. This place is very special, the food, the baths, the room and the attention to detail were all outstanding.

竹泉荘 Chikusenso Onsen se encuentra en Zao, a 42 km de Sendai City Community Support Center, y ofrece alojamiento con centro de fitness, parking privado gratis, jardín y salón de uso común. Exceeded all expectations. The half board meals are extremely generous. I could not eat all the Wagyu beef. Everything worked like in a dream. Will come back every year now.
