Onyado Nono Matsumoto Natural Hot Spring tiene habitaciones en Matsumoto, cerca de Matsumoto Station y Matsumoto Castle. This Japanese themed hotel was excellent. Everything was exceptional. I would recommend anyone visiting Matsumoto to stay here.

Fantastic hosts, so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. They literally drove us to the slopes every day and picked us up. They even drove us to Nagano to catch the train back to Tokyo at the end of our stay. The accommodation has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is super modern. To get the best from this property, get stuck in and meet the other guests, it's such a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Noise levels drop by 10pm to ensure a peaceful night sleep and the breakfast/ food it's awesome. Thanks for the fabulous welcome to all the staff at Dark Horse.

Excellent guest house - would absolutely recommend! It is run by a lovely couple who were very kind and welcoming. They don't really speak much English, but we managed through Google translate. It was lovely and warm and clean. They do breakfast and have a small bar where you can order food and drink. They will provide towels for free if you ask them. Shared shower/washroom and individual male/female toilet. They have a little dog that is very friendly. Very quiet overnight. We'd booked a bed each in the male / female dorms, but we were lucky and got the room at the back that had two beds in it, which was a nice surprise.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The shuttle service was very helpful for coming and going from the train station and to various activities. The onsen was clean and relaxing. There was laundry available for use. Games outdoors and indoors. Just amazing.

On arrival we escorted to our room and the lady made us green tea and provided us with garments and toiletries. So was a lovely person who showed pride in her job. The evening meal and breakfast were exceptional and well worth the stay. When we leaving the staff all came out side and wave us off

Es una experiencia única. El hecho de tener todo el ryokan para ti en un entorno boscoso ya lo convierte en algo excepcional. Luego por supuesto el onsen, uno interior y otro exterior, super relajante a 40 grados delante de una cascada preciosa. Las camas tatamis eran muy cómodos. Gracias por todo!
