The peoperty is very comfortable especially the rooms were amazingly devided! The bathtub with mountainview was devine. The restaurants were one by one amazing. The little cafe is as well a plus. They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

We stay at 2 bedroom suite and unit is well equipped and spacious. I am surprise it have Miele kitchen appliances. All rooms have full height windows looking at the amazing ski slope and Mt Yotei. And it has openable windows on the side to allow fresh air if you want to. The best feature I think is the bathrooms floor heating most.

Hotel was beautiful especially in falling snow. The outdoor onsen had just the right feel, good water, great vista view and an intimate setting. Service was impeccable, we were well taken care of, dinner was amazing. Its one of those ryokans that you can space out for a long time.

Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I message the the hotel : they managed quickly to arrange for deliver those to my new hotel and even phone contact to our hotel for the arrangement. I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !

The ski concierge staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The shuttle makes reaching the ski lift super easy. The onsen inside the hotel is really nice. The staff are super nice.

Located in Kutchan, 4 km from Hirafu Station, Niseko Kyo provides accommodation with ski-to-door access, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.
