Set in Niseko, Skye Niseko features ski-to-door access. Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu is just a 2-minute walk away. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. This place is absolutely gorgeous. The room with view of Mt. Yotei was incredible. The service was impeccable, they even went the extra mile coordinating with our previous hotel and our next hotel to have a lost item shipped to our next stop. The private onsen was amazing. We don't usually do hotel breakfast, but this spread was next level, they had everything and of ridiculously good quality, I'm still thinking about the local camerbert cheese and the cured ham... Tuna sashimi and salmon roe for donburi, ridiculously good local fruits, just the tip of the iceberg, they had everything. We stayed in the off-season (late Sept 2024) so the value of the room was probably one of the best we have come across in the last 15 years of traveling the globe. Oh, didn't mention the beautiful kitchen with everything you need and super high end equipment and pots/pans etc. If you want to spoil yourself in the off-season don't think twice, just book this place. And thank you so much again to the staff for helping us recover our lost item from a previous hotel, you really went above and beyond, and we are eternally grateful. Keep up the stellar job and we can only hope to come back in the near future.

Located in Niseko, within 22 km of Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area and 16 km of Niseko Annupuri Hot Spring, Zaborin provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as... I liked everything: the location in the woods, the proper architecture, the design, the materials, the amenities, the restaurant, and the dinner. Private onsen is a delight, the spacious villa room is truly comfortable.

Surrounded by lush nature, luxury Japanese-style hotel Niseko Kombu Onsen Tsuruga Mokunosho features a hot spring bath and rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi, some with a private open-air bath. The cleanliness, great staff performance, most of them speak English fluently and in great willing to support our stay. Food is great both at dinner and breakfast. Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I message the the hotel : they managed quickly to arrange for deliver those to my new hotel and even phone contact to our hotel for the arrangement. I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !

Centrally located in Hirafu's Upper Village, boutique hotel Chalet Ivy Hirafu, Niseko offers natural hot spring baths and delicately prepared cuisine. Very convenient location and very good facilities. I was especially grateful for the special shuttle arrangement made for me by the helpful staff after a huge JR signal problem caused hours of delay and cancellation of numerous trains.

We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.
