Situé à Aomori, l’établissement ReLabo -Medical Spa & Stay- comprend une salle de sport, une terrasse, un restaurant et un bar. I simply love everything from the hotel, the rooms, the private baths, the staff, the dining area, breakfast buffet, location, the views, little lounge area. I enjoyed the rooms very much, I wish I could have stayed longer and I still think about returning again. The room was so cozy and modern, bed so comfy. I could live there. It’s so close to stores, the town and connected to train station. I would rate 10 plus. It’s so nice.

This place is an absolute gem. The staff, food, location and room were all exceptional. I would recommend this ryokan to anyone wanting an exceptional ryokan experience. The onsen was also fantastic and the warmest one we came across in our month in Japan.

The tatami room was lovely and the bed very comfortable for a futon type. There are a number of different style rooms. We especially booked a room with a private outdoor shower and bath. The food was superb in every respect. There were a number of beers available and, surely, there is a taste to appeal to everyone. The staff were caring and took time to understand the hotel guests. The communal bath was nice and the outdoor areas in general were pleasant. The test of a hotel is to positively answer the question, 'would you stay here again?' Our answer is that we returned after visiting here a year ago, except this time we doubled the length of our stay.

L’établissement Yuze Hotel se situe à Kazuno, dans ce quartier : Yuze Onsen. This place! I cannot describe how amazing the room with private onsen is. Super spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view to the mountains. Breakfast and dinner were delicious (buffet style), enough vegetarian options. There's a free drink bar available for the afternoon/evening hours as well. I didn't use the public bath because they don't allow visible tattoo's though.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
