Hagi No Yado Tomoe har ett perfekt läge i området Hagi Onsen-kyo i Hagi, 12 minuters promenad från Kikugahama strand, 1,8 km från Shokasonjuku Academy och 1,8 km från Shoin Shrine. The atmosphere and the location are perfect to visit Hagi. The lady at the concierge was so helpful!

Tenjukunomori Keigetsu ligger i Mine, 28 km från Ejio Park, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering och en terrass. It was beautiful, very traditional and everything was perfectly done. The rooms were spacious with lovely views, the public bath and rotenburo were amazing and the staff were fantastic. They were so kind to us even though we didn’t speak Japanese. They coped well with us being unable to do justice to the awesome kaiseki meals. Having our own Onsen in the room was the cherry on top!

Matsudaya Hotel ligger i Yamaguchi, 32 km från Tokiwa Park, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering och en bar. Having booked over hundreds of hotels, it was my first time to fill reservation form incorrectly (4 people family but didn't notice it was a 2 people order). Even so, the staff kindly informed me the order was wrong and gently asked me for extra people's futon charge without displeasure. They even provided rice and furikake for the kids for free in breakfast the next morning. I felt so touched in Matsudaya hotel.

Onn Yuda Onsen ligger i Yamaguchi, 31 km från Tokiwa Park, och har en trädgård, rökfria rum, gratis WiFi och en restaurang. Lovely modern hotel in the middle of YudaOnSen with classic Japanese style. Good public baths and great breakfast. Rooms compact but very functional.

Located in Shimonoseki, Dormy Inn Premium offers affordable rooms with free internet access and hot spring baths. Onsen, Complimentary soft drinks, tea and coffee and late night ramen. Separate air con.

SOIL Nagatoyumoto har ett perfekt läge i området Nagato-Yumoto Onsen i Nagato, 37 km från Kuruson-zan Shuzen-ji Temple, 41 km från Doigahama Site Anthropological Museum och 41 km från Ejio Park. Amazing location, one building away from the onsen. Extremely clean and modern interior and decor. The staff were really friendly. There is a range of different room types, hostel style pods and private rooms with multiple beds. I wish I had booked more time here to be honest, truly the highlight of my trip.

夕景の宿 海のゆりかご 萩小町 ligger i Hagi, 5,1 km från Shokasonjuku Academy, och erbjuder boende med en terrass, gratis privat parkering och en restaurang. Lovely staff who were very cheerful, pleasant and looked after us very well. The baths were great, breakfast was a real feast and the hotel was amazing.

Hotel Route Inn Shunan - Tokuyama Higashi Inter - ligger i Shunan, inom 4,2 km från Tokuyama station och 4,4 km från Shunan City Museum of Art and History, och erbjuder boende med en restaurang och... The staff was extremely kind and professional

KAMENOI HOTEL Setouchi Hikari ligger i Hikari, inom 19 minuters promenad från Murozumi strand och 31 km från Museum Of Japanese Emigration to Hawaii, och erbjuder boende med en restaurang och gratis... Great location with fantastic views. Onsen was good but the stand out was the food, absolutely superb! The best meals we have had in Japan by far.
