We loved the water park and pool. It was perfect for our 4 and 7 year olds. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The place was quite close (by car) to restaurants and shopping.

Rooms were very clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. My kids loved the water park. Half the park was covered, and half was outside. Great for the days there was a storm kids could still go swimming

Very attentive lifeguards at pool, and generally kept very clean, just a short walk to volcano Bay, We had a great time at volcano Bay beach resort.

Very close to Universal parks only a 5 min walk to Volcano Bay water Park Plenty of buses never had to wait more than 5 minutes The diner had good choices

I had read some negative reviews about the property prior to arriving so were not expecting too much however we were pleasantly surprised. A great location for Universal and Volcano Bay and some local bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were very clean, beds comfy and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Pool was really good, with fresh towels. Breakfast was great, a buffet with plenty to choose from, we had booked breakfast included with our room which i would recommend.
