The food was amazing! The kitchen manager helped me get my baby's silicon plate and spoon washed well from their kitchen when I asked for that favour. Fatima the lady who makes sure clients are happy did an amazing job. She helped us get a new baby swimming pool floating duck from their inhouse shop since the one we had bought from that shop was letting air out even after various refills. The stuff at this hotel is just so friendly and exceptional. I would definitely return again.

I absolutely loved everything. I have been wanting to visit Marrakesh for a very long time and I'm super happy that I chose this hotel to do so. Moroccan people are the most welcoming people that I have ever met and they all made me feel at home. The housekeeping team was lovely and so was the reception, but I truly have to give a hands up to the bar team and to the animation team who made our stay as special as it could be. I wanna give a special thanks to Mohammed & Ismael from the bar as well as Reda and Ismael from the animation team for making me and my family feel like we were at home and even trying their very best to speak our native language. The food was also very good and was the reason why we originally chose this hotel. After an extensive work of exploring reviews, we noticed that this hotel was the all inclusive with best reviews about the food and I totally agree. I'm already scheduling my next trip to Marrakesh and needless to say is thay I will be staying in this hotel.

Really friendly reception and wokers there. Nice food. But the drink is just soso. No slippers even i asked. Thanks for upgrade my room. Really good place to go in Marrakech. 还不错但是没有拖鞋。吃的东西都很好，泳池后面有鸵鸟，性价比很高

The room is absolutely huge. I travelled with my 19 month daughter and wife. The high chair was readily available inside the room. We checked in late and I made an error with the booking at the time of purchase. Only I was named on the reservation. However, Yasin who is the hotel manager was very attentive and realised our check in was late. He swiftly gave us the room keys and said let's discuss tomorrow when you're fresh. There are not many places that out customers ahead of finances. So I was a little surprised but also glad that I was given priority over profits. This hotel is super clean. But the real treasure is the staff. Thanks for putting up with all my demands and getting everything corrected so swiftly. 10/10 from here.
